Meet your coach
Kirsty is a performance coach and endurance athlete who specialises in preparing athletes for Ironman and Ironman 70.3 racing. With more than eight years of experience across endurance sport, strength training and hybrid competition, she has coached over 50 Ironman athletes worldwide — from first-time triathletes to experienced competitors chasing faster finish times.
Kirsty has completed an Ironman 70.3 in Australia and taken on major endurance challenges including a 250km ultramarathon in Sri Lanka and a cross-Channel relay swim from France to England. Her coaching goes beyond prescribing sessions: she works closely with every athlete to understand their lifestyle, strengths and limitations, creating a plan that builds fitness while keeping recovery, confidence and enjoyment in sight. Whether you are preparing for your first 70.3, stepping up to a full Ironman or aiming to improve your previous result, she will help you arrive at the start line prepared, confident and ready to execute your best race.
Athlete Results
Went from a DNF in Tenby to a sub-12 hour Ironman in twelve months. The plan was hard but every session had a purpose.
Knocked 22 minutes off my 70.3 PB and qualified for the World Championship. The bike pacing strategy was a game-changer.
First-time Ironman with two young kids and a full-time job. Every session fit my life and I ran the whole marathon.
